Welcome to the Grade 1 Management's "Interactive Quality 50PPM and Continuous Improvement Website"™, designed to allow you to view your quality data on parts supplied to our OEM clients that have been checked under containment, and allow you to use the Continuous Improvement tools to assist your Quality Improvement plans.
Our interactive site allows you to add all of your parts supplied to the OEM client to establish your true PPM performance. You can view the data through a number of graphical representations to show if improvements are being made and use these for presentation and "Cost of Quality" programs. The quality data is driven from a 50PPM perspective and automatically highlights areas that fall outside this target range.
The website is very user friendly and the more you interact with it, the more accurate your presentation data will be.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PLANNING
As a valued Customer we have developed the possibility for you to work through a "Continuous Improvement Project" (CIP) tied to a "Quality Defective Report" (QDR) for parts under containment using your data pages on the Grade 1 Management Interactive website . The CIP report allows a great deal of information to be entered, including containment actions, the storing of images and other data files, listing countermeasures undertaken, steps to implement a full solution to the containment issue, and many more.

A list of open CIP projects is available, showing outstanding CIP reports, including the numbers of days they have been open, and highlighting those open for more than 14 days.
